Shipping Policy

All of our canvas prints are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated shipping times are:

United States: 3–7 business days after production

Please note that production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, including the packaging and product. We will review the issue and help provide a replacement or resolution when applicable.

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrier marks the package as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues after tracking shows delivery.
